Jose Garcia is the man behind "Jose The Assistant," a professional wrestling personality seen on national television with All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor. He has been part of the professional wrestling business since 2007 and is fully bilingual on camera and behind it.

From 2021 to 2024, Jose was a weekly presence on national television with All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor as "Jose The Assistant," sharing the screen with Andrade El Idolo and Chavo Guerrero and managing La Faccion Ingobernable, appearing on Dynamite, Rampage, Collision and pay per view events including ROH Final Battle.
